Original paintings up to $235 are eligible for free pick up or delivery in Pemberton and Whistler. Or if you are located elsewhere in the world the shipping rates are:

Original art over $235 is eligible for free delivery in the Greater Vancouver and Sea to Sky region. If you require shipping outside of this area - upon purchase I will contact you with specific shipping rates for your painting to your location. A separate invoice will be sent out once the shipping rate is established. I ship with Canada Post and strive to keep rates as low as possible while providing reliable service.

Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

Heidi The Artist ships Monday to Friday, during office hours, and does not operate on statutory holidays.

Pre-Order Items will ship within the time frame stated on the product page.

Once an order has left the Heidi The Artist studio, it is the responsibility of the postal service/customs.

The estimated delivery time for orders within North America is 5-9 business days after shipment. Orders shipped to the rest of the world are estimated to arrive 7-14 days after shipment.

These are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

RETURNS

IF YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE THEN SIMPLY MAIL BACK YOUR ITEM UNWORN WITH TAGS ON WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT AND YOU WILL BE REFUNDED (MINUS THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING FEES). OR, ONCE YOUR ITEM ARRIVES BACK AT HEIDI YOU CAN REQUEST THAT YOU BE SENT A NEW ITEM IN EXCHANGE, OR BE GIVEN A STORE CREDIT. 

*All SALE items are eligible for exchange/store credit for an item of the same value or greater. NO REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS. 

The purchaser is responsible for shipping the return or the exchange back to Heidi The Artist.
